The site is operated by Rayhan Group LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (Missouri LLC Charter No. LC014629964), which does business under the brand and service mark "Alseti." In these Terms, "Alseti," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Rayhan Group LLC d/b/a Alseti. Please read these Terms carefully before using the site.

About Alseti and this website

Alseti is a business-to-business, done-for-you (productized) service for home-service contractors. Our service covers areas such as speed-to-lead response, appointment setting, follow-up and nurture, lead reactivation, appointment confirmations, CRM hygiene, lead-source ROI reporting, and weekly reporting and coaching.

This website is a marketing and informational site. It is not software you log into. There is no application, account, or dashboard to use here, and there is no web form on this site that submits your data to our own servers. The site's primary purpose is to tell you about Alseti and to let you book a short introductory call.

This website is informational only — it is not an offer

The content on alseti.com is provided for general information only. Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or a binding commitment of any kind. Using the site, reading its content, or booking an introductory call does not create any service relationship or obligation between you and Alseti.

Any paid engagement with Alseti is governed by a separate written services agreement, which has its own scope, terms, and service-level commitments (SLA). These website Terms are not that agreement, and they do not modify it. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the services agreement controls with respect to that engagement.

Booking a call and communications consent

You can book a 20-minute introductory call through our scheduling provider, Cal.com (a third-party service). When you book, Cal.com collects information such as your name, email address, phone number, and any answers you provide in the booking form, and shares that information with us so we can hold the call. Cal.com processes your information under its own privacy policy and terms.

By submitting your phone number — for example, when booking a call — you agree that Alseti may contact you about your inquiry by phone call, text (SMS) message, and email, including calls and texts placed using automated or auto-dialing technology where applicable. This includes communications to confirm, schedule, or follow up on your conversation with us.

• Message and data rates may apply to text messages, and message frequency may vary.
• You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for help.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails.
• Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Our outreach is directed to business prospects who have asked to speak with us. If you email [email protected], we will receive and process your message so that we can respond.

Privacy and data

alseti.com is a static marketing website. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or trackers on it, and the site does not set its own analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting, content-delivery, and security provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly-necessary cookies and automatically process standard technical data — such as your IP address, browser and device information, and request logs — to deliver the site and keep it performant and secure.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Missouri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. These Terms are binding on, and benefit, the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Alseti regarding your use of the website and supersede any prior understandings regarding that use. These Terms do not govern any paid engagement, which is covered by a separate written services agreement.
